This consent form outlines the terms and conditions regarding the usage of the data in form of text/scoring/images in the research project mentioned above. Please read this form carefully. By proceeding forward, you are agreeing to the following conditions.

   The purpose of this research project is to create a dataset for academic and research purposes. Your answer scoring/marking will be used to develop and train artificial intelligence (AI) models for projects such as, but not limited to, marking, analysis, scoring, personality trait identification, etc.
2. Description of Participation:
   You are being asked to provide your consent for the usage of your scoring/marking for the answers to questions that will be displayed. These scores may be recorded during research sessions or provided by you voluntarily. Your participation is voluntary, and you have the right to not proceed forward if you disagree.
3. Data Policy:
   You are agreeing that the data shown here, in the questions and the answers will not be shared with any third party or will be saved by you in any form. The data will only be used for marking/scoring. If found that data in any form; text, image, video, etc. is shared/extracted/captured, you shall be held responsible, and legal actions may be taken against you.
4. Use of Text:
   Your scores/marking will be used solely for academic and research purposes. They may be included in a dataset that will be made publicly available for research purposes, including but not limited to publication, presentations, and development of AI models.
5. Risks and Benefits:
   While every effort will be made to ensure the security and privacy of your data, there may be potential risks associated with the use of AI technology, such as misuse of the dataset. However, the potential benefits of this research include advancing scientific knowledge, contributing to the development of AI technology, and potential societal applications in areas such as education.
6. Compensation:
   You will not receive any financial compensation for participating in this research project. Your participation is voluntary and motivated by your interest in contributing to scientific advancement.
